HERRADURA x LOS ANGELES DODGERS
Much like their partnership with the Dallas Cowboys, Tequila Herradura also had a parternship with the Los Angeles Dodgers. The goal was to leverage the partnership to drive commercial and contextual relevance, support the acceleration of distribution and growth of the luxury segment, and build excitement with consumers and retail gatekeepers. The project included POS materials for use both in-stadium and at retail, including a branded Herradura bar in the Dodger Stadium concourse.
Herradura’s global campaign carries the tagline of Extraordinary Awaits, suggesting that Herradura is the portal through which anyone can enter an extraordinary experience. They like to leverage that messaging where possible, so I adapted it for the baseball setting. The program was a massive success in terms retail placement and sales, leading the Herradura brand team to deem it “a retail Grand Slam.”
